we were given a room on the second floor, we took the set of stairs to the left hand side of the building near the parking lot and the first step is very weak it feels like the wood is rotting, we had young children so we had to be careful.
we checked in and we had already paid on the website and they said that we had not so my husband gave them the card again, so I will be keeping an eye on my bank statement, believe me legal action will be taken if they over charge me. B In general: /b DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR.My family and I stayed at Ocean Waves Hotel 2 days ago because we decided to take a last minute weekend trip to Myrtle beach and everything else was booked, we had no was a horrible experience, we booked online through a 3rd party website and the pictures of the rooms looked decent and clean, the website described Oceanview, balcony rooms, so we thought that the price that they charged for one night was reasonable ($230+) and we were charged a resort fee, THE NERVE, once we pulled up I thought this is the wrong place :\ I checked the address and it was the place :(.
